4. Owner Responsibility

Horse owners remain fully responsible for:

• Veterinary care

• Farrier care

• Insurance coverage

• Transportation

• Any special medical, dietary, or behavioral needs

Owners must disclose all known health conditions, injuries, behavioral issues, or past incidents prior to training.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
